Surprised me on Saturday

Anytime I can find something what surprise me. Today it was this beautiful rustic-industrial interior of danish restaurant Höst.

This interior was created from the collaboration of Norm Architects Team and Danish designers Menu. Norm Architects used mainly raw materials and reclaimed wood, industrial pendant lights and linen blankets. They combine traditional Scandinavian cosiness with minimalism. Designers also created a collection of tableware, especially for this restaurant, which includes basic white plates and dishes, alongside blue and grey pieces and slabs of granite. Photograph Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen said "We tried to see if we could find a balance where the interior, the dinnerware and the food told the same story, wothout being too old-fashioned or too much of a theatrical backdrop."

Stále mě ještě může kdykoli cokoli překvapit. Dnes to byl rustikálně - industriální interiér dásnké restaurace Höst.

Tento interiér vznikl ve spolupráci studia Norm Architects a dánských designérů z Menu.
